Pursuant to the Resolution (Reg. No.1137-д), the Temporary Inquiry Panel is to investigate the circumstances surrounding the violation of The Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian laws, adoption of illegitimate resolutions by the officials of Kyiv City Council and its executive body.
